We offer free consultations and cost budgets on all projects. We start with a telephone conversation about your needs and requirements. We next set up a Zoom meeting with Steve and his architect to review your project, design parameters, budget, and timeline. Quite often a facetime call on your iphone allows a complete visual conference to establish the design criteria of remodeling your specific home.  After these initial steps which are accomplished in 3 to 5 days you have our budget for your project.
